Coffee, milk, butter, fresh bread, and cookies for breakfast with pastries and coffee. Overall magnificent location next to the train station in La Spezia, city center and supermarket, shops. Again, walking distance to Via del Prione.

The staff is excellent here, the services are perfect, and location is stunning close enough to Cinque Terre and shops, bakeries and restaurants close by, a plaza, and the centre of the city.

I spent 5 nights here and appreciated that. Everything here was nice and my room was well-equipped. Unbeatable location in the city center was a plus. It was also near the train station and thus to Cinque Terre, the centre of the town and the port.

Loved La Spezia, the hotel was brilliant next to everything. The location was good and stunning, just 5 minutes walk from a Roman Catholic cathedral. What's more, it was next to the harbour and charming La Spezia and restaurants, bars, shop and transport:)))

The noise from the trains made it hard for us to sleep. We struggled to adjust the window shade, resulting in inadequate light and excess noise.

The room at Lia Rooms was wonderfully clean and immaculate. The modern and stylish bathroom was a standout feature. Despite some strange moments with the management, the location was convenient, being close to the train station and central La Spezia. I had a comfortable and pleasant stay.
